Role Description:

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing the company's growth strategies. This individual will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights that will guide growth, expansion, and overall business strategy.


Data Analysis:

  • Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to user behavior, purchase patterns, marketing performance and business metrics.
  • Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.


Customer Behavior Analysis:

  • Analyze customer journeys and behavior to identify opportunities for improving user experience, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for driving growth and retention


Performance Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain regular reporting dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive informed decision-making.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with central analytics, product, growth, operations and business development teams to align data insights with overall business objectives.
  • Provide support and insights for strategic planning and decision-making processes.



Good to have:

  • Work experience of at least 2 years in analytics (Similar roles)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • BE/BTech/MBA/BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics from IITs/NITs will be preferred
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, data studio) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
