Department:Sales & Student Enrolment Designation:Education Sales Counsellor Location:[Guwahati / Regional Office / Remote – specify] Reporting To:Centre Head / Business Development Manager Employment Type:Full-Time Working Hours:9 Hours (Flexible as per operational requirement) Compensation:₹2.5LPA to 20LPA (Including Performance Bonus) Objective of the RoleTheEducation Sales Counsellorwill guide students, parents, and working professionals toward suitable educational programs offered byAbhith Siksha Pvt. Ltd.The role focuses oncounselling, lead conversion, and achieving enrolment targetsfor online and offline courses such asADRE, TET, B.Ed., and APSC. Key Responsibilities1.Student Counselling & Admission SupportCounsel prospective students and parents about course options, eligibility, and learning outcomes. Explain the features and benefits of Abhith Siksha’s online and classroom programs. Understand student goals and recommend appropriate courses and packages. 2.Lead Management & ConversionFollow up with leads generated through marketing, social media, and telecalling. Maintain proper follow-up records using CRM or Excel sheets. Convert qualified leads into admissions by building trust and clarity. 3.Sales & Target AchievementAchieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets. Offer consultation sessions through phone, video, and walk-ins. Promote new courses, eBooks, and online learning materials. 4.Marketing & Promotion SupportCollaborate with the digital marketing team for campaign follow-ups. Participate in school/college events, webinars, and promotional activities. Promote Abhith Siksha’s YouTube and e-learning content to attract students. 5.Reporting & CoordinationPrepare daily and weekly admission reports. Coordinate with academic and finance teams for fee collection and course scheduling. Provide feedback on student queries, market trends, and competitor offerings. Required SkillsExcellent communication & persuasive skills (English, Hindi, Assamese preferred). Strong understanding of educational sales and student psychology. Ability to work under targets with integrity and discipline. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets). Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Business, or Communication). 1–3 years of experience inEducation Counselling / Sales / Telemarketing.
