We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Beauty Advisor (BA) Supervisor to join our team in Delhi. This role is pivotal in supporting and leading our expanding BA team across various locations. If you have a passion for beauty, strong leadership skills, and a knack for driving sales and team success, we want to hear from youJob Responsibilities:- Source, interview, and hire Beauty Advisors to meet the growing team requirements. - Conduct regular onboarding sessions and continuous training for BAs to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and selling techniques. - Provide regular updates on new products and promotions to BAs. - Assist BAs in achieving sales targets through coaching, motivation, and strategic support. - Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management for replenishment. - Address and resolve queries from BAs promptly and effectively. - Maintain daily sales reports and oversee monthly stock and sales closing procedures. - Act as a liaison between BAs and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals. - Take ownership of tertiary sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.Skills Required:- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining stock records, sales reports, and resolving queries. - Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. - Make-up Artistry: Understanding of make-up techniques and trends. - Selling Skills: Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets. - Commercial Acumen: Understanding of market dynamics and business principles. - Travel Readiness: Comfortable with travel for market visits and team support as required. - Accountability: Takes ownership of responsibilities and outcomes. - Flexibility: Adaptable to changing business needs and priorities. - Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. - Result Orientation: Driven by achieving goals and delivering results. - Relationship Building: Excellent at fostering positive relationships with BAs and stakeholders.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree preferred - Prior experience in beauty industry or retail management - Proven experience in team leadership and sales management - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales softwareJoin our team and be part of a vibrant community dedicated to beauty and customer satisfaction.
