Required Skills and Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting IAM solutions.

- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, or similar.

- Strong understanding of protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.

- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar directory services.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g, PowerShell, Python) for automation.

- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Implementation and Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting our IAM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access to our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities :

iAM Implementation : Design, implement, and configure IAM solutions using tools like SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, or similar. Integrate IAM solutions with various identity providers and service providers. Configure identity provisioning, access control, and single sign-on (SSO) mechanisms. Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other security controls.

IAM Support : Provide technical support for IAM-related issues and inquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM problems in a timely manner. Monitor IAM systems and identify potential security risks. Perform regular maintenance and updates to IAM systems.

Automation and Scripting : Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages. Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Create custom scripts for specific IAM requirements.

Qualifications and Skills :
