The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Blue Prism automation development, process optimization, and strong technical problem-solving skills. Youll work closely with business and IT teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy across operations.Job Description :Required Skills & Qualifications :- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA development.- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and best practices.- Proficiency in Blue Prism components : Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room, and Work Queues.- Good knowledge of OCR and document understanding- Experience with exception handling, logging, and debugging in Blue Prism.- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and web services integration.- Banking domain knowledge is an added advantage- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Blue Prism Developer Certification preferredKey Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions.- Maintain and support existing Blue Prism processes and resolve any production issues.- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, documentation, and security.- Monitor and optimize bot performance and resource utilization.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.- Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes.- Work with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure proper bot deployment and scheduling.
