You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable applications across web and mobile platforms, ensuring smooth functionality, performance, and reliability. You’ll work closely with our design, product, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through efficient backend systems, intuitive frontends, and well-structured cloud infrastructure. If you’re someone who values clean code, problem-solving, and ownership, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities ● Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using Ruby on Rails or Python Django. ● Build responsive, dynamic frontends using ReactJS and React Native for web and mobile platforms. ● Architect and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.). ● Design and maintain RESTful APIs and database schemas. ● Implement CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and testing frameworks to ensure high-quality releases. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into technical solutions. ● Monitor, debug, and optimize performance across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. ● Contribute to internal tools, process improvements, and tech documentation.Required Skills & Experience ● 5+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably in startup or product-led environments. ● Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails or Python Django. ● Advanced skills in ReactJS and React Native. ● Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, etc.). ● Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), RESTful APIs, and microservice architecture. ● Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and agile development practices. ● A problem-solver mindset with strong debugging and analytical skills. ● Ability to take ownership and deliver independently in a fast-moving setup.What You’ll Love About Working at Katha Ads ● A flat, collaborative culture that values creativity, ownership, and learning. ● End-to-end exposure work directly on products and systems that scale with our clients. ● Flexible work setup with a focus on trust, autonomy, and balance. ● Opportunities to experiment with new technologies and ideas. ● Competitive compensation and performance-based rewards.Benefits ● Package as per market standards ● PF/ESI ● Paid time off ● Work from home opportunity ● Performance bonus ● Monthly Reimbursements
