Description :We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager who can develop a deep understanding of clients business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. The ideal candidate will build strong, trust-driven relationships with clients, analyze business data, and deliver strategic recommendations that support growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions and ensure a seamless client experience.Key Responsibilities :- Engage in regular discussions with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and expectations.- Analyze client data to identify insights and provide actionable strategic recommendations.- Present the companys value proposition to new prospects and existing clients.- Identify, engage, and convert new sales leads to expand the client portfolio.- Maintain strong, long-term relationships by ensuring timely communication and support.- Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.Qualifications :- 4 - 6 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar client-facing role.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into strategic insights.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
