Job Description: Senior Full Stack Developer – Optimizely SaaS CMS (React / Next.js) Position Overview We are seeking aSenior Developerwith proven experience inOptimizely SaaS CMSand front-end development usingReact and Next.js . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding ofOptimizely DAM ,Optimizely CDP , andOptimizely GraphQLto deliver seamless, scalable, and personalized digital experiences. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions onOptimizely SaaS CMSusingReact/Next.js . IntegrateOptimizely DAMfor media and asset management workflows. LeverageOptimizely CDPto implement personalization and customer data-driven features. Build and optimize queries usingOptimizely GraphQLfor efficient and flexible content delivery. Implement front-end solutions withNext.js (SSR, SSG, ISR)for high performance and SEO. Define and applybest practices in content modeling, API integrations, and caching strategies . Collaborate with product owners, designers, and back-end teams to deliver robust digital experiences. Support DevOps inCI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud hosting environments (Azure preferred) . Mentor and guide junior developers onOptimizely SaaS, Next.js, and GraphQL practices .Qualifications & Skills Must Have: 1+ years of experience implementingOptimizely SaaS CMS . Strong expertise inReact.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript . Good understanding and working knowledge ofOptimizely GraphQLfor headless content delivery. Hands-on experience withOptimizely DAM and CDP . Proficiency inAPI integrations (REST & GraphQL) . Knowledge ofweb performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility . Experience withGit, CI/CD workflows, and cloud environments (Azure, Vercel, or AWS) . Nice to Have: Familiarity withOptimizely Experimentation and Commerce . Knowledge ofCDN optimization and caching strategies(Akamai, Cloudflare, etc.). Experience implementingpersonalization and A/B testingstrategies. Previous experience inAgile/Scrum delivery environments .Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to translatetechnical conceptsinto business value. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Focus onscalable, maintainable, and high-quality code . Passion forcontinuous learning and innovation .
