Key Responsibilities & Implementation : - Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions within SAP FICO (S/4HANA).- Drive system changes and enhancements as part of production support, ensuring solutions meet business needs.- Serve as a hands-on, client-facing consultant, guiding users and & Support : - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP AP, GL, Taxes, and other core financial modules.- Manage and resolve issues related to MM-FI integration, Intercompany, and EBS (Electronic Bank Statement).- Provide expertise in Concur integration and support.Subject Matter Expertise : - Possess a strong understanding of SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting).- Apply deep knowledge of S/4HANA to deliver efficient and effective solutions.Team & Collaboration : - Collaborate effectively with the team, displaying a personable demeanor and a high level of knowledge.- Exhibit a "get it done" mentality to drive projects to completion and resolve issues proactively.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Experience : Minimum of 12+ years of functional experience with SAP FICO.- S/4HANA : Proven experience with S/4HANA implementations.- Modules : Expertise in core SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, Taxes, Intercompany, and EBS.- Integration : Strong understanding of MM-FI integration.- Tools : Experience with Concur.- Specialization : Exposure to or understanding of SAP FICA is mandatory.- Soft Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
