Job Title: Accounts Payable – FresherLocation: MumbaiQualification: B.Com (Mandatory)Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh B.Com graduates to join our Accounts Payable team. The role will provide exposure to end-to-end accounts payable processes, including GST, TDS, and vendor payments, with a strong learning platform in finance operations.Key Responsibilities:- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments as per company policies. - Verify invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents. - Handle accounting of GST & TDS deductions as per statutory requirements. - Prepare vendor reconciliations and ensure timely payments. - Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting. - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice/payment queries. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation norms, and internal controls.Requirements:- B.Com graduate (mandatory). - Strong numerical and analytical skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting concepts. - Awareness of GST & TDS fundamentals preferred. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and willingness to learn.What We Offer:- Structured training and learning opportunities in AP, GST & TDS. - Exposure to corporate finance and compliance processes. - Growth and career development in finance & accounting.
