Manager- CSR

Content development and review-
o To support development and review of the educational content to improve
learning levels of students.
o Develop instructional material, educational content, assessment frameworks
in line with latest education trends in the state of Rajasthan.
Capacity building-
o Design, implement, and review training programs and design training
programs for the project staff.
o Data base management of all training programs.
Team and partner management-
o Work closely with NGO partners and in-house team for effective program
implementation.
o Periodic meeting with the NGO partner to improve program implementation.
o Management of team members’ leaves, salary disbursement, and other HR
related issues on timely basis.
Monitoring and Evaluation-
o Regular field visit to the project site.
o Maintain and update project level data covering admin, procurement, and all
project specific information.
o Project documentation including reports, case studies, and any other
requirement.
Partner and stakeholder management-
o Work closely with NGO partners for program effectiveness.
o Ensure project due-diligence on annual basis.
Financial management-
o To ensure better funds utilisation, funds monitoring, disbursement, and
reporting on regular basis.
o Provide support to the internal and external audit team.
o To ensure completion of all procurement related activities under the project.
