Are you a creative and results-driven digital marketer passionate about education and travel? We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Trailblazers.


As a key player in promoting our unique educational domestic and international travel experiences, with a special focus on children's school trips and summer/winter camps, you'll be responsible for driving our online presence, engaging audiences, and growing our brand.


Roles and Responsibilities-


SEO AND SEM

  1. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms for the company's target audience.
  2. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, header tags, image alt text, and internal linking, for better search engine visibility.
  3. Off-Page Optimization: Build high-quality backlinks, manage citations, and leverage social media for improved search engine rankings.
  4. Local SEO: Optimize the company's online presence for local search, including Google My Business and NAP consistency.
  5. PPC Advertising: Manage and optimize paid search advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

  1. Platform Management: Create and manage social media profiles on relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, ).
  2. Content Creation: Develop engaging and shareable content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to the target audience.
  3. Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  4. Social Media Advertising: Create and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics.
  5. Social Media Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize strategies.


CONTENT MARKETING

  1. Blog Writing: Develop informative and engaging blog posts on topics related to children's travel, education, and experiences.
  2. Article Creation: Write articles for external publications to increase brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
  3. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  4. Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
  5. Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
  6. In-house Magazine: Contribute to the creation and editing of the in-house magazine "Ecotrail," ensuring its alignment with the company's brand and target audience.


ANALYTICS AND REPORTING

  1. Google Analytics: Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  3. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
  4. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize website elements, email campaigns, and social media ads.


WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

  1. CMS Management: Manage the company's website using a content management system (CMS).
  2. Website Updates: Keep the website updated with fresh content, design changes, and technical improvements.
  3. Content Management: Organize and publish content on the website, including articles from "Ecotrail."
  4. Website Optimization: Optimize the website for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
  5. Website Security: Implement security measures to protect the website and prevent data breaches.


CREATIVE DESIGN

  1. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and other marketing materials, including designs for "Ecotrail."
  2. Video Editing: Edit and produce videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials, including content for in-house magazine "Ecotrail."


MARKETING AUTOMATION

  1. Automation Tools: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency, including automating the distribution of in-house magazine "Ecotrail."


Qualifications and job requirements-


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel or education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience in developing and managing PPC campaigns and paid social media advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and basic video editing skills is a plus.
  • Passion for travel, education, and creating meaningful experiences for children and young people.
