Role Overview We are looking for afull-time graphic designerwho can take ownership ofproduction-ready design files , supportprinting & manufacturing workflows , and help designnew physical productssuch as: QR dog tags & pet accessories Luggage tags Vehicle & phone stickers Wristbands & keychains Packaging & inserts This role isnot limited to social media creatives— it is amanufacturing-grade design role . Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Production & Print-Ready DesignCreateprint-ready QR code artworkfor: UV printing Screen printing Offset printing Laser marking Ensure files meetvendor-specific specs : CMYK / Pantone Bleed, trim, safe margins Resolution (300 DPI) Vector formats 2️⃣ QR Code Asset PreparationGenerate and validatehigh-contrast, scannable QR codes Adapt QR designs for: Curved surfaces Small-format products 3️⃣ Product Design & DevelopmentDesign new products including: Luggage tags Stickers (inside windshield / external) Wristbands & accessories Createdimension-accurate layoutsfor manufacturing Prepare files formoulding, doming, and die-cutting 4️⃣ Vendor & Manufacturing CoordinationCoordinate with: Printing vendors Mould makers Doming vendors Modify files based on: Sampling feedback Production constraints Ensurezero-error final outputs Required Skills & ToolsMust-HaveAdobe Illustrator (Expert) Adobe Photoshop Strong understanding ofprint production Knowledge of: CMYK vs RGB Pantone colors Vector-based artwork High attention tomillimeter-level accuracy
