This role is based in Pune and involves leading the development and maintenance of a scalable automation framework used across multiple teams. The individual will be responsible for framework transition, roadmap creation, and delivery planning, while working within a diverse technology stack and collaborating with stakeholders across business domains.What you will do:- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks. - Drive framework transition and define the roadmap and delivery strategy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure framework adoption and scalability. - Work with technologies including Java, Python, JavaScript, Groovy, Selenium, Concordion, Spock, Junit, and Mockito. - Utilise tools such as Git, Linux, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, IntelliJ, and X-Ray for JIRA. - Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Jenkins DSL, ArgoCD, and GitOps. - Handle database operations using SQL, Oracle, JDBC, JPA, and Hibernate. - Apply networking protocols and API technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and OpenAPI. - Operate within containerised environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS. - Support legacy systems and agent-facing applications with German-language interfaces. - Train and support less technical users and engage with diverse stakeholders. - Continuously improve and refactor systems with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.Who you are:- A skilled developer with advanced knowledge of Java and test automation tools. - Experienced in working with large, diverse system stacks including legacy systems. - Comfortable navigating German-language documentation and supporting German interfaces. - Proficient in CI/CD, containerisation, and infrastructure-as-code practices. - An effective communicator with strong written and spoken English skills. - A collaborative team member who supports others and adapts to varied business domains. - A proactive individual who takes ownership and drives continuous improvement.Not a Perfect Fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
