Collaborate with copywriters, visualizers, and client servicing teams to developinnovative concepts . Translate client briefs into compelling, visually strong ideas that align with brand objectives. Supervise and guide designers/visualizers in executing creative work. Ensuredesign quality, consistency, and attention to detailacross deliverables. Stay updated ondesign and advertising trendsto bring fresh perspectives to projects. Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and, when required, to clients.What We Want We are looking for someone who: Has3–4 years of experiencein advertising/design (with a strong portfolio). Possesses excellentconceptualization and visualization skills . Is proficient inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)and other design tools. Understandsbranding, typography, layout, and campaign design . Is creative, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines. Enjoysteam collaborationwhile also being capable of taking ownership of ideas.
