Note: This is an in-house position in Jaipur

The Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can handle mid-weight responsibilities, someone confident in both execution and ownership. You'll collaborate with our design and strategy teams to deliver standout brand experiences across multiple formats.

What You'll Do

  • Create and execute designs across branding, packaging, digital, print, and social.
  • Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, creative assets.
  • Work independently on mid-sized projects and lead visual direction when required.
  • Mentor junior designers and ensure output meets client-ready standards.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, developers, and project managers for seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to brainstorming, moodboards, and creative direction.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of professional design experience (agency/studio preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion basics (bonus).
  • Ability to take feedback, refine quickly, and push creative boundaries.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
