Our skilled and innovative team applies deep domain expertise and standardized processes to deliver scalable, reliable, and result-oriented technology solutions.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with ERP Project Expertise to oversee Oracle ERP (HCM, Finance, SCM) project delivery and ensure successful execution of organisational operational strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience managing complex ERP projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:ERP Project Management:- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP project delivery, including HCM, Finance, and SCM modules.- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.- Manage full project lifecycle from planning to execution, testing, deployment, and go-live support.Operational Leadership:- Oversee the daily operational activities of ongoing ERP projects.- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance, and quality benchmarks.- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for operational excellence.Team & Stakeholder Management:- Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams including consultants, developers, and support engineers.- Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment.- Resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and facilitate smooth communication among project participants.Budgeting & Resource Allocation:- Oversee project budgets, cost planning, and resource allocation.- Optimize manpower utilization while ensuring timely and quality delivery.- Track financial performance of projects and ensure profitability targets are met.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:- Monitor project progress, KPIs, and milestones through structured tracking mechanisms.- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for senior management.- Conduct periodic project review meetings and ensure corrective measures are implemented.Risk Management:- Identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, and technology gaps.- Implement proactive mitigation strategies and contingency plans.- Ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.Required Skills & Competencies:Technical Skills:- Proven experience managing Oracle ERP Projects (HCM, Finance, SCM essential).- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project frameworks.- Ability to translate business requirements into workable project plans.Leadership & Management Skills:- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.- Expertise in project scheduling, planning, documentation, and execution strategies.Preferred Skills:- PMP or equivalent project management certification (highly preferred).- Exposure to international projects, especially in UAE and East African markets, is an advantage.- Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions is a MBA in Project Management (required).- 10+ years of total professional experience with substantial exposure to ERP project operations and delivery.- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex ERP projects on time and within budget.Why Join bTranz Software Solutions?- Opportunity to work with global clients across multiple regions.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment with experienced leadership.- Exposure to advanced ERP and cloud technologies.- Strong career growth and development opportunities.
