Finance Analyst📍 Location: Kozhikode (On-site)🏢 Company: PokketCFO🕒 Experience: Minimum 3 years💼 Employment Type: Full-time⭐ Preferred: Experience in a CA Firm / Accounting & Compliance Firm🗣️ Requirement: Excellent communication & fluent English (written + spoken)About PokketCFOPokketCFO is a dynamic and fast-growing financial consulting firm dedicated to helping startups, SMEs, and enterprises achieve financial clarity and operational excellence.We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team in Kottayam and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and ensuring financial health for our clients.Key Responsibilities1 Financial Analysis & Reporting:Analyze financial data and trends for clients to provide actionable insights.Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to monitor performance and KPIs.2 Client Support:Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored financial strategies.Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.Act as a trusted advisor for financial planning and risk management.3 Data Management & Tools:Utilize tools like Excel, Zoho, Tally and other financial software to manage and analyze data.Work with dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting financial data.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.4 Process Optimization:Identify inefficiencies in clients' financial processes and propose automation or optimization strategies.Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.5 Research & Compliance:Stay updated on financial regulations, trends, and technologies.Ensure client compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have:Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data visualization toolsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Salary @ 30000 per month
