The Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Day-to-day tasks will include creating instructional materials, conducting training sessions, assessing participant progress, providing feedback, and collaborating with other departments to identify training needs. The Instructor will ensure that the training aligns with the company's overall strategy and that participants gain the necessary skills to implement Agile and Scrum practices effectively.
