Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tender Executive to join our dynamic team at our head office in Panchkula, Haryana. This role demands managing the entire tender process, focusing on government contracts through the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) and other portals. The successful candidate will ensure accurate preparation and submission of tender documents, coordinate across departments, and maintain professionalism with government officials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Preparation: Coordinate and compile bid documents for tendering, ensure timely submissions.
  • Tender Management: Handle online and offline submissions, manage documentation, and upload necessary files to platforms.
  • Government Liaison: Liaise for vendor registration, renewals, and digital certificate procurement.
  • Financial Safeguards: Prepare and manage bank guarantees and ensure their secure retrieval.
  • Deadline Adherence: Monitor submission deadlines, ensure meticulous preparation and submission of bids.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Any Engineering discipline, Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in tendering and procurement, ideally in the environmental sector(Water and wastewater).
  • Knowledge of GEM policies and strong track record in GEM bidding.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with government bodies.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tender portals like GEM and other e-Tendering Portals.
