Job Description :

We are seeking a proficient Java Backend Developer with expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices for our specialized banking projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and secure backend solutions tailored to the banking sector. Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop, test, and deploy high-quality backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture within the banking domain.

2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with banking industry regulations and compliance standards.

3. Design and implement efficient microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with banking industry best practices.

4. Integrate applications with banking-specific databases, ensuring optimal data retrieval, storage, and adherence to security protocols.

5. Conduct comprehensive testing of code, identifying and rectifying any issues or bugs, with a focus on maintaining the integrity of banking transactions.

6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes within the banking sector, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of financial technology.

7. Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, while tailoring processes to meet the specific needs of banking projects.

8. Contribute to architectural decisions and system design to ensure optimal performance and compliance with banking industry standards.

9. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the banking domain.

10. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers, ensuring their skills align with the specialized requirements of banking applications.

Key Skills :

1. Proven expertise in Core Java programming and backend development, with a focus on banking applications.

2. Strong proficiency in Spring Boot framework and related technologies, tailored to the banking sector's requirements.

3. Extensive experience in designing and developing Microservices-based applications within the banking domain.

4. Solid understanding of databases, both relational and NoSQL, and ORM frameworks, particularly within the context of banking infrastructure.

5. Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation, adhering to banking industry standards.
