Position: Math TutorWe are seeking apassionate and skilled Math Tutorto teach U.S.-based students in live online classrooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Mathematics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make learning interactive and enjoyable for young learners. Key ResponsibilitiesTeachMath concepts aligned with U.S. curriculum standards. Use interactive methods to simplify complex topics and build strong problem-solving skills. Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain performance records. ConductCatch-up SessionsorParent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)when required. Collaborate with curriculum and operations teams to ensure smooth class delivery. RequirementsBachelor’s degree inMathematics, Education, or a related field . Minimum1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in Math( online teaching preferred ). Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English . Ability to engage, manage, and motivate young learners in an online environment. Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free teaching setup. Work TimingsRegular Schedule (Nov – Mar): Weekdays (Tue–Fri):03:30 AM – 09:30 AM IST(5 slots) Weekends (Sat–Sun):08:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST(4 slots) Catch-ups/PTM:04:30 AM – 08:30 AM IST Daylight Saving Schedule (Mar – Nov): Weekdays (Tue–Fri):02:30 AM – 08:30 AM IST(5 slots) Weekends (Sat–Sun):07:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST(4 slots) Catch-ups/PTM:04:30 AM – 08:30 AM IST Compensation & Benefits₹40,000 per month[ negotiable] + attractive performance-based incentives.
