Key Responsibilities:
·We are looking for an IT Technical Recruiter for US Staffing with a Minimum of 0-7 years of relevant experience.
·Looking for an aggressive player with a strong hold on gathering OPT/CPT/EAD/H1 transfer / TN Visa / GC / CITIZEN Candidates in the IT market & Ability to interact, develop Student networks. Good knowledge on different Visa status.
·Responsible for handling IT requirements and working Directly with Clients.
·Need to have knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.
·Experience Working on C2C, C2H, W2 consultants.
·Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
·Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva, ), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
·Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
·Responsibilities include understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
·Must be prompt in responding on time to consultants, Vendors, and Clients. Must have excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
·The candidate must be willing to work in the night shift
·Update and maintain daily / weekly / monthly reports of Interviews.
·Getting an updated resume from the candidate and formatting it according to clients' needs.
