About the Client:The company has been a global leader in delivering cutting-edge in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) solutions for over 40 years.About the Role:Position: Lead Python AutomationExperience: 8 - 13 YearsLocation: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1) - WFOSynopsis:We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer 4 (Automation Engineer) with 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline software testing processes.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and automation strategies. - Design and implement automated test scripts to ensure software quality. - Develop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks using industry-standard tools. - Troubleshoot issues to ensure accurate test results. - Stay updated with automation trends and best practices. - As an SDE 4, lead and support the team in driving automation initiatives.Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - 8+ years of automation experience with strong Python, unit testing, API integration, and third-party libraries. - Strong knowledge of Linux Systems, particularly in Networking - Hands-on experience with Automation Testing, including Framework Architecture - Experience in Backend Performance Testing with a focus on Automation Architecture - Knowledge of shell scripting, networking, troubleshooting, and Selenium WebDriver. - Strong communication and team collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - On-site work is mandatory; WFH only in exceptional cases.If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your updated CV along with your details at pearlin.hannah@antal.com
