You'll collaborate closely with product managers, mobile engineers, QA, and DevOps to architect and develop secure, high-performance services and APIs.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, AI-enhanced development environment, values clean architecture, and is eager to work on next-generation security platforms.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems, APIs, and microservices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mobile, QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Rust, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js.- Lead the architecture and design of new backend features and infrastructure improvements.- Integrate with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and manage distributed, cloud-native applications.- Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and other developer productivity aids to enhance coding efficiency and reduce time to delivery.- Contribute to performance tuning, optimization, and system reliability efforts.- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring of junior team members.- Ensure best practices around security, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.- Proactively identify tech debt and propose technical innovations for long-term scalability and maintainability.Required Qualifications :- 5+ years of professional backend development experience in fast-paced environments.- Expertise in at least two of the following languages: Rust, Kotlin, Python, Node.js.- Deep understanding of backend architecture, RESTful API design, and microservices.- Experience working with cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Solid knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and scalable storage systems.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.- Strong grasp of clean code principles, modular design, and scalable software patterns.- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.``` (ref:hirist.tech)
