 Position Overview: 

Digiaccel Learning is looking for a Creative Producer to join our creative team. The Creative Producer will be responsible for incorporating, ideation and executing the learning content for our users and branded content across various social media platforms. This includes the company's YouTube channel, Instagram and marketing assets that are used across platforms. The individual will work closely with the post-production team, which includes editors, graphic designers and animators. The ideal candidate should possess a strong artistic sense, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic creative environment. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Producing creative video content by collaborating with the production team. 
  • Incorporating ideation, storytelling, animation, interactivity, and design for learning videos. 
  • Research and reference visually appealing approaches, and best practices in educational content creation. 
  • Develop storyboards, scripts, and shot lists that align with the learning objectives and engage the target audience. 
  • Establishing quality guidelines and standards for various brand design assets (videos), considering marketing objectives and outcomes. 
  • Visualising a range of content across multiple content categories using brand design production models, practices, and methods. 
  • Collaborating with Production Head and content producers to develop brand design assets such as scripts, storyboards, graphics, videos, animation, simulations, etc. 
  • Ensuring quality control, packaging, and delivery of videos. 
  • Maintain high standards for visual appeal, clarity, and educational effectiveness of the final content. 
  • Implement revisions and adapt to stakeholder feedback effectively. 

 

Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a creative producer/creative director in learning content or media production company. 
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in media production, visual design, multimedia, or a related field. 
  • Advanced proficiency in visual design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), along with the ability to ideate and visualize. 
  • Ability to write compelling scripts, direct shoots, and visualize content effectively. 
  • Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills. 
  • Imagination and curiosity with a passion for transforming education through creativity. 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Digiaccel Learning is an education company that is building an alternate system of business education through deep vertical specialisations. It aims to do so through an application-based curriculum and skilling system to enable learners to pick up the relevant digital skills. These will be enabled by industry professionals to ensure that the education is more relevant, sharper and modern.
