Position: Test Manager – Life & General Insurance
Location: MBP, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Company: QualityKiosk Technologies ( Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Hybrid Testing Expertise: Strong knowledge of both Manual and Automation Testing.
- Quality & Timely Delivery: Ensure high-quality testing and adherence to project timelines.
- Test Strategy & Planning: Develop test strategy, overall test plans, resource allocation, and skill mapping.
- Process Improvement: Drive test improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with client and QualityKiosk processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with client teams to address project risks, concerns, and issue resolution.
- Project Reporting: Provide regular status updates to the Delivery or Program Manager and consolidate project metrics.
- Test Execution & Coordination:
- Create Test Design, Execution Plans, and Schedules.
- Assign tasks efficiently within the team and manage workload.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and new requirements.
- Conduct daily defect discussions and ensure SIT/UAT coordination.
Metrics & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to testing processes and compliance requirements.
- Implement metrics measurement and reporting for continuous improvement.
- User & Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with business users for inputs, review, and approvals.
Automation Expertise:
- Strong Java, Selenium, Appium, and API automation skills.
- Hands-on experience with TestNG, Page Object Model (POM), Keyword-Driven, Data-Driven, and Hybrid frameworks.
- Develop and execute automation strategies for Web, Mobile, and API testing in an Agile environment.
Go-Live Readiness:
- Lead deployment activities, execution of checklists, and communication of key project plans.
- Conduct system audits to verify application results.
Key Skills Required:
Domain Expertise:
- Strong experience in Life or General Insurance (Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Reinsurance).
Industry & Client Handling:
- Prior experience working with Indian insurance clients.
- Exposure to large-scale strategic insurance projects.
Technology & Tools:
- Hands-on experience with Insurance core applications.
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
