Senior OpenText VIM ConsultantLocation: Remote (India)Employment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior OpenText VIM Consultant with a strong SAP background to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions in SAP environments. This role requires hands-on expertise in OpenText solutions, SAP integration, and process optimization for accounts payable automation.Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver OpenText VIM implementations and support projects within SAP environments. - Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of OpenText VIM with SAP FI/MM modules. - Design, configure, and optimize workflows for invoice processing, exception handling, and approvals. - Provide expertise in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution. - Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Document technical designs, configuration steps, and solution architecture. - Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer.Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years of overall SAP experience with a strong focus on OpenText VIM. - Proven track record in end-to-end VIM implementations (minimum 2–3 full-cycle projects). - Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI (AP processes), MM, and other relevant modules. - Hands-on expertise in OpenText content management and invoice automation. - Deep understanding of invoice workflows, approval processes, and exception handling. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have- Exposure to OpenText xECM, Archiving, and Document Access solutions. - Experience in working with global clients across multiple industries. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.Why Join Us- Remote work flexibility (India-based). - Opportunity to work on global SAP/OpenText transformation projects. - Collaborative and growth-focused team environment.
