This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilities, capable of building robust HR systems, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance across all HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningDesign and execute recruitment strategies to meet rapid growth targetsBuild and manage a high-performing recruitment teamEstablish employer branding initiativesHR Operations & ComplianceImplement and manage HRMS (KEKA or equivalent)Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirementsMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationEmployee Engagement & CultureDesign and execute engagement programs to maintain high moraleMonitor and improve eNPS and engagement scoresLead initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusionPerformance & Learning ManagementEstablish performance management frameworks and KPIsDesign and implement L&D programs for skill developmentDrive internal mobility and succession planningStrategic HR LeadershipPartner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goalsProvide data-driven insights on workforce metricsManage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exitRequired Qualifications7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial roleProven track record of scaling HR operations in a growing organization (200+ employees)Strong knowledge of HR technology, HRMS platforms, and analyticsExpertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and complianceMBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferredKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking with operational excellenceStrong leadership and team management skillsData-driven decision makingExcellent communication and stakeholder managementChange management and process optimizationHigh integrity and confidentialityIf you’re ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to grow with a scaling organization—Elance is the place for you.Join us.
