The Import Export Manager will be responsible for- managing import-export operations for Polymer Manufacturing and export house. - handling import and export documentation, Pre-Post Shipment, LC and EPCG. - ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. EU-REACH, USA, UK- REACH etc. - Working on USA Tariff, European Taxes, FTA for import and exports, KOREA, GCC , EU, - Freight Mangement and negotiations DDP cargoes to USA/ Europe. last mile managements. - Factory stuffing and GST compliances. - FEMA, RBI and bank regulations, - Tasks include coordinating shipments, maintaining trade records, liaising with customs officials, and fostering effective communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to streamline processes. - Complete Supply Chain Management.Qualifications & Experience.- Strong expertise in Import, Export, and Import Export operations - Proficiency in handling Export Documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance - Knowledge of International Trade practices and global logistics - Excellent Communication skills for liaising with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for managing complex trade operations - Experience with supply chain or logistics in the polymer or chemical industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, or related field - Foreign Language added advantage Spainish / German / Portugal / French. - Experience for handing Polymers is prefered ( HS Code 39 / HS 38 / 34 / 40 ) - Handled Packaging and Container packing of 25kg bags Palletisation / Jumbo / Gallot knowledge and Export packing knowledge.Minimum Experience in Polymer Export and Import handling.- Juniors with 3-5 yrs. - Seniors with +10 yrs
