About the Role : We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power BI Developer with Cloud expertise to design, develop, and deploy scalable business intelligence solutions.The ideal candidate will integrate Power BI dashboards with cloud data sources, ensuring real-time analytics, data security, and optimal performance across enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that deliver actionable insights.- Connect and manage data from cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP for real-time analytics.- Develop data models, implement DAX calculations, and optimize Power BI performance.- Work closely with data engineering and cloud teams to ensure seamless integration between Power BI and cloud data pipelines.- Automate data refreshes and establish Power BI gateways for hybrid or cloud environments.- Implement row-level security (RLS) and ensure data governance compliance.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.- Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize queries, and ensure dashboard scalability.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development with hands-on expertise in : a. Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Serviceb. Power BI Embedded, Paginated Reportsc. Data modeling and ETL processes- Strong understanding of cloud platforms particularly Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, or AWS Redshift / S3.- Experience integrating Power BI with cloud-based data warehouses (Azure SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.- Familiarity with Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, or similar workflow tools.- Knowledge of data governance, security, and DevOps practices for BI deployments.Preferred certifications : - Microsoft Certified : Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)- Azure Data Engineer / Azure Solutions ArchitectSoft Skills : - Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.- Attention to detail with a passion for clean, interactive visualization.- Ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams.Why Join Us : - Work with modern cloud analytics ecosystems.- Opportunity to lead enterprise BI transformation projects.- Exposure to advanced data integration and automation tools.- Competitive compensation and a culture of innovation (ref:hirist.tech)
