Role : Workday HCM Consultant

- Designed, developed, and implemented integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Collaborated closely with HRIS and business users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.

- Utilized working knowledge of Workday integration tools including EIBs, Core Connector, and Workday Studio to streamline integration processes.

- Demonstrated expertise in both outbound and inbound integrations, optimizing data exchange efficiency.

- Developed custom APIs (RaaS) to meet specific integration needs, enhancing system flexibility and functionality.

- Proficient in XML and XSLT, ensuring data compatibility and integrity across systems.

- Leveraged Workday public APIs (SOAP and REST) to facilitate communication between Workday and external applications.

- Utilized developer tools such as Studio, Oxygen, and Postman/SOAP UI to streamline integration development and testing processes.
