Job Description:

Key Management:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production, distribution, and service delivery.

- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all functions.

- Develop and maintain operational workflows that improve productivity, quality, and safety.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of operational staff, including supervisors, technicians, and other key personnel.

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to promote growth and development.

- Ensure proper training and skill development for the team to meet operational goals.

Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Analyze operational data to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance operational processes.

Operational Budgeting and Financial Management:

- Assist in the development and management of the operational budget.

- Ensure operational activities are conducted within the approved budget.

- Monitor expenses and take corrective actions when necessary to meet financial goals.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that operations meet RFP and regulatory standards for quality and safety.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with operational procedures and best practices.

- Work closely with quality control teams to address and resolve any quality issues.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales, logistics) to ensure that operational requirements are met in alignment with company objectives.

- Serve as a key point of contact between operations and senior management.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Prepare and present regular operational reports, including KPIs, performance metrics, and progress on key initiatives at Business Review meetings and Steering.

- Use data analytics to identify trends and guide decision-making.

- Key SLA parameters as per the RFP are tracked, monitored and reviewed for its SLA adherence and reported on weekly basis to Internal and External management.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

- Ensure that operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Promote a safe working environment through ongoing safety initiatives and staff Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operations management, preferably within an Electrical industrial, AMISP, or service-oriented environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficient in operational software and tools (Ticketing systems, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).

- Solid understanding of operational best practices, other process improvement methodologies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to Skills:

- Familiarity with AMISP (Advanced Metering and Infrastructure Services Provider) standards and best practices.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Experience in managing large-scale operational teams and projects
