Role Overview:

We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager – Inside Sales to drive lead generation, manage campaigns, and accelerate our sales pipeline. This role will lead our inside sales and marketing automation efforts, working closely with sales, SDRs, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute inside sales strategies to generate qualified leads
  • Manage marketing automation tools (Zoho, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Collaborate with SDRs to improve outreach and conversion effectiveness
  • Design and run targeted campaigns, nurture flows, and lead scoring
  • Analyze performance metrics and report on ROI and funnel efficiency
  • Work closely with sales to align marketing and business development goals
  • Support content marketing, digital efforts, and inbound lead conversion
  • Mentor SDR and marketing teams for performance growth

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / Marketing roles (preferably in IT Services)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo.io, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho CRM,
  • Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline building, and revenue contribution
  • Strong understanding of the Indian IT market (SMBs and Enterprise)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and team leadership skills
  • Must be Bangalore-based or open to working in hybrid mode
