Thomas Rebaud, the founder and CEO of Meero, realized that a photographer's day-to-day is filled with tedious and time-consuming tasks.

Today, Meero collaborates with over 58K photographers, providing them with the opportunities to create beautiful images for more than 31K brands worldwide. On average, a 60-minute photoshoot requires up to 4 hours of post-production. Meero's artificial intelligence reduces the time to just a few seconds. This state-of-the-art technology lets brands book their tailored-made photoshoots and videos all over the globe, delivered in less than 24 hours.

In only three years, Meero has changed the way photography works. The company has 600 employees and plans to hire 600 more by the end of 2019 in its five offices located in Bangalore, New York, Paris, Singapore, and Tokyo. Job Description :

Responsibilities :


- Technical Support : Provide comprehensive technical support to internal development teams leveraging the platform, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.

- Incident Management and troubleshooting : Efficiently handle incidents reported by internal teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.

- API Integration Support : Assist internal and external users with integrating Platform APIs, offering guidance and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation.

- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation on various API/product technical behaviors, standardizing support processes and empowering users with self-service resources.

- System Monitoring : Actively monitor system health, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to proactively prevent issues and ensure high availability.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for system improvements, contributing to backlog prioritization and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system stability and user experience.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's / master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Good understanding of API integration and support.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.

- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure is a plus but not required.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
