The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building Total Reward Statements, creating and managing elements, and developing Fast Formulas. The role also requires deep knowledge in Workforce Compensation Plan configuration, including data posting back to Core HR, as well as experience in Individual Compensation Plan setup and related approval workflows. Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Total Reward Statements to reflect accurate and comprehensive employee compensation data. Create and manage Elements in Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring accurate payroll and compensation processing. Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for use across compensation, benefits, and payroll modules. Configure and support Workforce Compensation Plans, including budgeting, modelling, and end-to-end cycle execution. Manage the data posting process from Workforce Compensation to Core HR, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Set up and configure Individual Compensation Plans (ICP), including plan components, eligibility profiles, and approval workflows. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions. Support testing, training, and deployment activities related to compensation modules. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation configuration and processing.
