Job Description: Team Pumpkin is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have a strong understanding of visual communication principles, and be well-versed in leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance creative efficiency and output. You will work closely with creative directors, copywriters, marketers, and clients to create visually compelling graphics that align with project goals and strengthen brand identity.Key Responsibilities:Design Creation:Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and other marketing assets while adhering to brand guidelines.Concept Development:Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate messages and engage target audiences.Layout and Composition:Design layouts that enhance visual storytelling and optimize user experience across multiple digital platforms.Brand Consistency:Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the brand’s identity, tone, and visual standards while meeting project requirements and timelines.Graphic Optimization:Prepare, resize, and optimize creative assets for various digital formats, ensuring high quality across devices and platforms.AI-Driven Design:Utilize AI-based tools and platforms (such as generative design tools, image enhancement software, and automation tools) to improve design workflows, creativity, and productivity.Feedback Integration:Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine designs and deliver high-quality final outputs.Collaboration:Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.Trend Awareness:Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI advancements, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and creative design.Project Management:Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
