Business Head - IT Services & Solutions

Role Overview:

The incumbent will lead the overall sales strategy and execution for the IT Services & Solutions business, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and client engagement across offerings like digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services. The role involves aligning sales initiatives with business goals while managing a high-performing, multi-geography B2B sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives; identify new markets and opportunities.

- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a strong B2B sales team; set and achieve sales targets across regions.

- Revenue Ownership: Manage revenue goals, ensure strong pipeline, track metrics, and utilize CRM tools for performance.

- Client & Partner Engagement: Drive enterprise sales, maintain key relationships, and oversee large deal closures.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, advise on positioning, and promote digital tools and innovation within sales.

Desired Profile:

- 18-20 years in sales leadership roles within IT services/solutions.

- Proven success in scaling revenue and leading large teams.

- Expertise in cloud, cybersecurity, managed IT, and enterprise solutions.

- Strong enterprise network across key verticals (infrastructure, BFSI, healthcare, retail,IT,fintech etc.).
