CloudPrism Solutions is seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, including client handling and mentoring junior developers.

They will be responsible for implementing Sales, Community, and Service Clouds, integrating third-party systems, and developing robust solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient Salesforce implementations and integrations.

We are only looking for an Immediate Joiner or someone who can join within one month. Please do not apply if your notice period is more than one month.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Development :

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.

- Design scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business goals.

- Enhance existing Salesforce applications and workflows to improve functionality and user experience.

Client Handling :

- Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and provide innovative technical solutions.

- Participate in client calls to clarify needs and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions.

Integration and Automation :

- Design and develop seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Implement automation solutions to streamline business processes and data flows.

Technical Leadership :

- Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure skill development and adherence to best practices.

- Review and maintain high standards of code quality through regular code reviews.

- Collaborate with the team to define and enforce coding standards.

System Administration and Troubleshooting :

- Work with Salesforce Administrators to ensure optimal system performance and maintenance.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Deliver comprehensive technical documentation for solutions and processes.

Requirements :

Experience :

- Min 5 yrs years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.

- Proven expertise in implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Service Cloud.

- Experience or skills in other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) is a plus.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.

- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent client interaction and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Education and Certifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I or other advanced certifications, are preferred.
