We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Content Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will develop and deliver high-quality content across multiple platforms to support marketing goals and strengthen our brand presence.Key Responsibilities:- Brainstorm and develop fresh, innovative content ideas aligned with the company's objectives, target audience, and brand voice.- Research competitor strategies and audience preferences to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.- Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content tailored for diverse channels such as blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites.- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone, style, and quality.- Strategically publish and promote content across multiple digital platforms including social media, websites, and paid campaigns.- Optimize content distribution by leveraging platform-specific best practices to maximize reach and engagement.- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.- Support SEO efforts by creating optimized content that improves organic search rankings and traffic.- Assist in managing social media channels, including content scheduling, engagement, and community building.- Generate detailed reports on content and campaign performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.- Utilize insights to refine content and marketing strategies to improve future campaigns.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and digital marketing best practices to keep our content fresh and effective.Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience in content creation and marketing.- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.- Familiarity with multimedia content creation including video, graphics, and audio.- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.- Creative thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
