Roles and Responsibilities


Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Support the FP&A team with data-driven insights, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Analyze variances in financial performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Drive process improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on revenue, expenses, and variances against budgets.
  • Create financial models for scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic decisions.


Data Management & Analysis

  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards.
  • Develop and oversee annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare reports on financial trends and variance analysis for leadership.


Reporting and Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Develop materials for earnings calls, including Q&A briefings for executives.
  • Maintain compliance with disclosure regulations and reporting standards.


Business Process Improvement

  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through better use of MIS systems.
  • Propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance productivity.
  • Document and map business processes to ensure consistency and compliance.



Primary Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data querying, and report generation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.


You should have

  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Should have a degree in Chartered Accountancy or MBA in Finance
  • Experience with database management, reporting tools, and data visualization software.
