Review and ensure accuracy of BIM models and drawings as per BIM standards and project checklists. Execute the production of BIM models and shop drawings for construction. Ensure timely completion of all deliverables as per project schedule. Report progress regularly to the BIM Lead / Manager. Audit and prepare documents for client submissions. Prepare RFIs / Clarifications and manage project documentation. Extract and verify quantities from 3D Models. Contribute to 4D Scheduling and Value Engineering. Support in team development, mentoring, and efficient resource utilization.Qualifications : Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Required Skills : Software Expertise: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (essential). Experience: Minimum 2+ years in BIM Modelling / Coordination. Technical Skills: Strong communication, presentation, graphics, writing, designing, and modeling skills. Soft Skills: Active listening, integrity, adaptability, and openness to change.
