• Must have experience in Veeva Vault.
• Should have knowledge of ITIL processes and support.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex and challenging technical issues with ease.
• Responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues related to applications.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
• Provide support to end users, addressing their concerns effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
