We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.


Design Engineer - Structural


Scope

1 Conceptualization of structures

2 Optimization of designs

3 Preparation | checking of ETABS models

4 Checking the designs and drawings

5 Guiding a team of engineers

6 Adherence to schedules


Responsibility

1 Conceptualization and optimization of structures

2 Preparation | checking of ETABS, STAAD & SAFE Models, sizing of members, preparation of

framing plans and loading signoff sheets

3 Design | Drawing I checking of RCC Structural Elements such as Raft Foundations, Columns,

Beams, Slabs, water tanks etc. for all kinds of projects including low and high-rise buildings

4 Checking the designs and drawings prepared by the reporting team

5 Arranging geo technical investigation for new projects -

6 Checking and approval of mix designs -

7 Site visits

8 Solutions for customization after construction -

9 Rectification methodology for poor quality works executed at site -

10 Ensuring proper documentation


COLLABORATION

1 Discussion with the Architects and arriving at mutually acceptable solutions

2 Coordinate with Architect and service department to arrive at the right location of sleeves

3 Support sales as required during sales events.

4 Support CRM to address client enquries.

5 Engage with our internal customers like Design, Customization Managers and Estimation promptly, and assist them in preparing and sharing the documents throughout the journey of customization.

6 Site coordination- Supervision to ensure the drawing intent is delivered on site.

7 Assist PMD team when queries arise after the drawings are released to site.

1 Error free modeling, designs and drawings of structures designed by the team -
