Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design sessions.- Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and automation.- Work with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).- Stay updated with the latest Golang frameworks, libraries, and best & Skills :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 6+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in Golang.- Strong understanding of Golang concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.- Experience in Microservices, API development, and distributed systems.- Proficiency in databases (SQL MySQL/PostgreSQL, NoSQL MongoDB/Redis).- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).- Familiarity with messaging/streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus.- Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
