Description :About the Role :We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong leadership capabilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Angular, Java/Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). You will lead a team of developers, drive technical design, and deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise solutions in the Trade Finance and Capital Markets domain.Key Responsibilities :- Lead a team of developers and guide them through design, development, and deployment phases.- Design and develop scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.- Build responsive and dynamic web applications using Angular.- Architect, develop, and deploy applications on AWS or Azure Cloud environments.- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Ensure best practices in code quality, performance tuning, and security.- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the table.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 8- 12 years of experience in full-stack development using Java and Angular.- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful microservices.- Proficiency in Angular (v10 or above), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.- Experience with AWS or Azure Cloud services (deployment, CI/CD pipelines, security, etc.).- Good understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).- Experience in Trade Finance or Capital Markets domain preferred.- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Nice to Have :- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, etc.).- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
