Full-Time | Remote (India-Based)Industry: Glass, Glazing, Architectural Glass, Glass FabricationJob SummaryWe are hiring a highly experienced Glass Industry Estimator who can independently manage the full estimation cycle—from reviewing drawings to delivering final proposals. This role requires someone who fully owns the process, communicates confidently with clients, and delivers accurate estimates with no supervision or training.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and client specificationsPrepare detailed estimates for glass, glazing, storefront, curtain wall, partitions, and related systemsCommunicate directly with clients for clarifications, follow-ups, and proposal discussionsPrepare and send formal estimate proposals and revisionsPerform quantity take-offs, calculate material/labor costs, and identify cost-saving optionsMaintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and client communicationsManage all responsibilities independently with full accountabilityRequired Experience & SkillsMandatory: Hands-on experience preparing estimates in the glass or glazing industry (minimum 2+ years)Ability to read, understand, and analyze architectural drawingsStrong verbal communication with a neutral/clear accentProficient in QuickBooks Desktop for quote creation and job costingProven ability to handle client communication (calls, follow-ups, clarifications)Strong initiative—able to work with zero training or supervisionHighly reliable, detail-oriented, and organizedAbility to manage entire estimation workflow from start to finishGood to HaveExperience with glass fabrication, aluminum systems, or fenestrationExperience preparing estimates for U.S.-based clients (preferred)Familiarity with AutoCAD or take-off software (nice bonus)
