We’re building a team that shares our vision of transforming how India manages credit.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end book closure. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, Zoho Books, and core accounting principles with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, AR/AP, and general ledger management.Key Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). - Record and reconcile journal entries and maintain the general ledger. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and collections. - Handle GST, TDS compliance, and related filings. - Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books/Zoho Finance. - Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and timely reporting.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. - 1–3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and compliance. - Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and Zoho Books/Finance. - Hands-on experience in journal entries, AR/AP, reconciliations, and book closure. - Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational and communication skills.Work Mode- Location: Bellandur, Bangalore - Work Type: On-site, 5 days a week
