Responsibilities :
Strategic Outbound Prospecting :
- Lead and oversee outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify high-value opportunities that align with the sales team's qualification criteria.
Market and Prospect Research :
- Conduct in-depth research on prospect accounts, industries, and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects across multiple channels to strategically understand their position in the buying cycle.
Leadership in Meeting Coordination :
- Schedule and facilitate initial meetings with key decision-makers, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
CRM Management and Data Integrity :
- Ensure the CRM system is accurately updated with all contact data and lead activity.
- Implement best practices for CRM usage and oversee data integrity within the system.
Target Achievement :
- Take ownership of achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to set and refine goals based on evolving business needs.
Campaign Oversight and Innovation :
- Design, implement, and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Continuously evaluate and refine campaign strategies to maximize ROI.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Proven track record in a senior or leadership role within lead generation.
Advanced Communication Skills :
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and persuasively with prospects at all levels.
Expertise in Prospecting Tools :
- Deep familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, and others for identifying, nurturing, and converting prospects.
CRM Proficiency :
- Extensive experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce, including pipeline management, data analysis, and process optimization.
Strategic Thinking and Leadership :
- Demonstrated ability to create, oversee, and continuously improve lead generation strategies.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members is a plus.
