Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join as Sales Manager in the company dealing in Finance sector. The successful candidates will be responsible Facilitate communication between the sales team support teams and management. You will also set objectives and targets for the sales and ensure goals are communicated clearly and hit regularly. Increasing revenue expanding market share enhancing customer satisfaction and improving sales processes.
Job Responsibilities
1) Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
2) Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for major clients and address their needs and concerns.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
3) Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team.
- Implement datadriven decisionmaking processes to optimize sales operations.
4) Sales Process Optimization:
- Continuously assess and refine the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement innovative sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline crossfunctional processes.
5) Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
- Provide market feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market dynamics and customer feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
- 15 years of proven experience in sales of investment / financial / loan services.
- Strong understanding of sales principles customer service and market dynamics.
- Should be ready to work in field and visit Clients and prospects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Motivated goaloriented and able to inspire and lead a team.
- Adaptability to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
